It is my first visit to the office. What appointments do I need to book?2018-10-23T18:38:07+00:00

There will be two appointments.  One with the dentist for a full exam where they will do a full check-up of your teeth and gums and take any necessary x-rays.  The other appointment will be with a dental hygienist for a cleaning.  Each appointment will be about one hour in length.  You can start off with the full exam or the cleaning.  You are more than welcome do both appointments together if it is convenient for your schedule.

We reserve one hour for your cleanings.  However, the amount of time required is determined by each patients’ individual needs.  You may not need the full hour. We value punctuality so we do our best to stay on time.

What is the difference between an initial exam and a check-up?2018-10-23T18:39:39+00:00

Your first appointment will be a full, comprehensive exam.  This initial exam will be approximately 50 minutes in length.  The dentist will examine your teeth and gums and take any necessary x-rays.  A check-up is a routine exam that occurs at your routine cleaning appointments.

Please ensure that you have filled out our online new patient form prior to your first appointment. Please bring your insurance information with you. If you have not had a chance to fill out the online form, kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

How do I submit my insurance forms?2019-05-23T11:22:36+00:00

We bill our patients at the end of each appointment. We will send your claim electronically on your behalf to your insurance provider. We will send your claim electronically to your insurance company so you get paid back quickly and do not have to do any paperwork. Your insurance will reimburse you as per your plan by either mail or direct deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit and AMEX.

How do I know if I’m covered for a procedure?2018-10-29T20:27:13+00:00

Each insurance plan is different. If you have a benefits booklet or online access to your plan, please provide us with the information and we can help you to understand your specific coverage. We can also send estimates for pre-approval once you become a patient at our office.

How do I reschedule my appointment?2018-10-29T20:28:10+00:00

We ask that patients contact us with at least 48 hours notice when re-scheduling an appointment. You can call or email us. For upcoming appointments, we will be sending a reminder via phone, text, or email, as per your preference.

Can I book any of my appointments directly online?2018-10-29T20:30:00+00:00
